Advert description
I usually begin my sessions with a short introduction, encouraging students to share their personal details, interests, and future goals. This helps me understand their backgrounds, interests, and whether their learning goals align with their current path. It also helps students feel comfortable and build a friendly connection with me.
Once everyone feels comfortable, I gradually move towards the subject by introducing a few thought-provoking questions or discussion topics related to the lesson. Rather than jumping straight into the theory, I encourage students to think independently and share their ideas.
I randomly select a few students to express their thoughts, allowing me to assess their understanding, creativity, and critical-thinking abilities. Finally, I connect their ideas with the actual lesson, highlighting key points and summarizing their contributions before introducing the main topic.
This approach makes learning more interactive, encourages active participation, and allows students to become part of the learning process rather than simply listening to a lecture.
