I have been a yoga teacher for 14 plus years in London and internationally. It is a true passion and I love how far it has taken me in life and the great people I have met through it. I specialise in many kinds of Yoga, from Vinyasa, yin, Mandala to Pregnancy yoga or for Athletes and ailments. I can teach all levels from beginner to advanced. Previously I have taught major festivals, premier league footballers and rugby players as well as Corporate boardrooms and intimate meditation and breath-work on intimate Yoga retreats.
