I have 15 years full-time teaching experience. I have attended 11 teacher trainings in various yoga systems and assisted in 3. I have also accumulated over 2000 hours of workshops and intensives. I truly enjoy studying and sharing what i have picked up from others as well as from my own experience.
Being a veteran paratrooper i have a personal understanding of various injuries, how to work with injuries and knowing when it is better to rest. I am familiar with both intense practice and restorative practice.
I also have a bachelor's degree in comparative religious systems and hands-on experience in various religions/spiritual communities.
