I have different method in teaching various kind of students

Hello, my name is Elsa. I have just graduated from my master degree majored in English linguistics. I have been teaching different kind of English to different age levels in total of 7 years. My teaching style are varied because I need to observe my students and apply the teaching method according to the students' needs since each student will have different learning style and pace.
I love to ask the students first and figure out of how to assist them either in the concept, homework, writing style, even the reading skills as well as the pronunciation. Good grades are needed, however, the understanding and joy to learn is more important so that the students can apply them anytime, not only during the tutor time. Getting to know my students is also my strength while delivering the lesson because in my opinion being received at one's heart can make them be more open to learn and adapt despite of the difficulty one's faces. The last but not least, I tend to keep my relationship with my students even if they decided to discontinue the lesson after they got their skills improved.
My prior purpose is to not only delivering the knowledge, but also to acknowledge my students' strength and to pick up the pieces from there.
