Affordable GCSE level mathematics tutor

I am new to tuition in mathematics. I would like to offer affordable tuition up to GCSE level. I hold Master degrees in Civil Engineering and Statistics.

At high school, I achieved A's in all mathematical subjects.

For the lessons, focus will be placed onto question solving.

Graphical presentation will be used to help the audience visualize complex problems so that they can be solved transparently.

Having worked in the engineering sector for many years, I fully understand the importance of effective communication and the pitfall of not having one.

I prefer to offer tuition online as this is becoming the trend to go for. I'm based in SW London if in person tuitions are needed.

In terms of time, I prefer the weekends.

Before the lessons begin, I may need to speak to the students on their records. This is to make sure that areas need to be identified and addressed.

I would also encourage the students to explore why they do feel not confident about the subject and tailor the lessons based on the feedback.

The whole point is to develop the candidates psychologically so that they develop interests and hence capabilities. The aim is to motivate the candidates to learn by themselves so as to unhook from the tutors eventually.

I'm looking forward to the lessons. If successful, I would expand the area to A levels but for now it's all up to and including GCSE level in mathematics. Hope we can cooperate and speak soon with candidates.
