I am a recent UCL MEng Chemical Engineering graduate with a strong academic background in mathematics, having achieved an A* at A-Level. I offer maths lessons for GCSE and A-Level students, tailored to each student’s ability, goals and areas of difficulty.

My lessons focus on understanding concepts rather than simply memorising methods. I break difficult topics into manageable steps, work through examples together, and then use exam-style questions to build confidence and independent problem-solving skills.

Lessons can focus on particular topics, homework support, exam preparation or improving overall confidence in maths. I also help students recognise common exam mistakes and develop more efficient approaches to unfamiliar questions.

Having studied mathematics extensively throughout an engineering degree, I can also show students how mathematical concepts connect to real-world scientific and engineering applications. My aim is to create a patient and encouraging environment
