I am a professional life, management and culture change coach, with over 20 years experience working in various industries from, aeronautics to pharmaceuticals.
I have been part of Senior Leadership Teams and also led a Global Culture Change Programme for the big pharmaceutical company GSK.
I was also an internal coach and mentor within Airbus UK and GSK.
I currently mentor students at the University of East Anglia and am an Academic Coach at Cheshire College.
