Provide weekly training on leadership to students in Chester

I currently teach leadership to nursing students, drawing on real experience. I teach leadership experientially: real case studies from my own decisions, role-play negotiations, and reflective exercises — pairing theory (change management, stakeholder engagement) with hands-on practice, the way I currently mentor my own young adult group. In that role I create a space where young people feel welcome, are encouraged to speak openly and are supported as they build confidence. Meeting regularly with the same group has shown me how much steady encouragement can change the way a young person sees themselves.
