My sessions are friendly, practical and focused on the individual. I believe people learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas and talking openly about the areas they want to develop.

Sessions are delivered online and can be adapted to suit the individual or organisation. Depending on what you are looking to achieve, we might focus on leadership skills, confidence, communication, workplace challenges, personal development or identifying practical next steps.

My approach is based on listening first. I will take time to understand where you are now, what you would like to achieve and what may be getting in the way. From there, we can work through ideas and real-life situations together, using questions, discussion, practical examples and straightforward exercises where appropriate.

I bring many years of professional experience in management, finance and administration, including supporting colleagues, managing change, solving problems and helping people develop within the workplace. I also have training in coaching and mentoring, which complements my practical management experience.

I don't believe in giving people a one-size-fits-all solution. The aim is to help you understand your own strengths, build confidence and identify realistic actions that work for you.
