I provide Personal training sessions for ages ranged from youth to elderly and special populations

I have a range of experience working with various people. One especially is working within a high performance elite rugby team as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Throughout my degree I have worked in a gym performing 1:1 sessions with both the elderly included as well. My education helped provide me with the foundation and qualifications needed to tackle personal training sessions easily and entertainingly.
