Understanding Unique Qualities of American Law

I have a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan and a Master's Degree from Harvard University. I taught law at university for 15 years, including University of Florida, Gainesville. I currently work in the law. I have consulted new and developing businesses.

My students are expected to read and deeply consider the reading materials. The goal is to encourage independent thought. You should be prepared for our meetings. I will respect your time. Please respect my time.
