My lessons are structured, engaging, and carefully tailored to each individual student, ensuring they feel supported, challenged, and confident in their progress. I specialise in GCSE Mathematics and A-level Law, and take a calm, methodical approach to help students develop both strong subject knowledge and exam confidence.

Each lesson typically begins with a focused recap of previous content, allowing me to reinforce key concepts and identify any areas that may need further clarification. I then introduce new material through clear, step-by-step explanations, breaking down complex topics into simple, logical stages. This is particularly important in both Maths and Law, where building a solid foundation is essential for long-term success.

A central part of my teaching is application. I incorporate guided practice and exam-style questions into every lesson, ensuring students not only understand the content but can apply it effectively under exam conditions. I place strong emphasis on exam technique, including question interpretation, structuring high-quality answers (especially for essay-based Law questions), time management, and avoiding common mistakes.

With over five years of tutoring experience, I am highly adaptable and confident working with students of all abilities. Whether a student needs support with core Maths skills or is aiming for top grades in A-level Law, I tailor each lesson to suit their goals and learning style. My lessons are interactive and student-focused, encouraging independent thinking in a supportive environment.

I also prioritise clear communication. After every lesson, I provide a detailed feedback message to parents outlining what was covered, progress made, and clear next steps. This ensures transparency and consistent improvement.
