Science tutor happy to provide lessons to children of all ages

My approach to tutoring is supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on building confidence as well as understanding, as I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.

In my lessons, I break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps and use clear explanations, examples, and active recall techniques to reinforce learning. I also incorporate exam-style questions and practice to help students apply their knowledge and improve their exam technique.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but I’m happy to be flexible depending on the student’s needs.

As a first-year Dental student at Cardiff University, I have recently gone through the UCAT and university application process myself, so I can offer up-to-date guidance and practical advice.

I am happy to teach GCSE and A-level students in Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, and EPQ, as well as support with UCAT preparation and university applications.
