I’m a practising lawyer with several years of experience in legal practice, specialising in asylum, immigration and human rights.

I currently work as Deputy Legal Director at Asylum Justice, where I work on complex cases as well as supervising other lawyers and caseworkers. I’ve also worked in employment, housing, debt and welfare benefits, and have experience explaining complicated legal issues to both clients and other professionals. My lessons are mainly aimed at law students who want help understanding difficult areas of law, preparing for exams or assessments, improving their legal writing and research, or simply getting a better understanding of how what they learn at university translates into actual legal practice. I’m particularly experienced in immigration, asylum and human rights law, but can also support students more generally with their law studies.
