1-on-1 Maths and Physics tutor for GCSE and A Level

Hi, I'm Adam. I just finished my A Levels (A* in Maths, A in Physics) and I'm on a gap year while I wait for the next MIT application cycle, so the exams are still fresh in my head and I've got plenty of time to plan lessons.

I teach by getting you to do the thinking. I'll explain a topic and work through an example, but then you have a go and I'll work with you while you do. If you get something wrong, I won't just show you the right answer. I'll ask you to talk me through your steps, because the mistake is almost always in one specific place, and you remember it much better when you spot it yourself. I used this approach when I coached SAT Maths online earlier this year, and it's the main thing I'd bring to GCSE and A Level practice too.

If you've fallen behind, we can go back over the basics for as long as it takes. If you're aiming high, we can run through past papers too. Either way, no question is too basic. Message me with your exam board and what you're finding hardest and we'll plan from there.
