The Art of Forward and Critical Thinking: Craft Your Path, Embody Resilience, Design An Authentic Life Aligned with Your Values

Advert description
Legal Professional | Advocate | Global Policy | Mediator | Consultancy | Entrepreneur | Volunteer/Trustee | Coach | A mother of two. Training to become a Barrister has given me a deep, holistic understanding of human nature, perspectives, emotions - a high EQ with integrity and objectivity.

My approach to coaching is personal growth, self-discovery to unlock authenticity, and individual uniqueness. Learning to dance with the resistance of an ever-evolving world. Style - thought-provoking questions, brainstorming, a breadth of perspectives, to focus on cultivating resilience and embracing change. This helps to empower critical thinking, to make more intentional choices aligned with values.

Standing at the intersection of frameworks, sectors, regions and disciplines I stretch the imagination for fuller ways of seeing, knowing, thinking, understanding, rationalising, and connecting - with wisdom and empathy to bring value and purpose. Or removing what is false to help reveal the heart and soul of who you are.

The world of work, education is evolving, so are outlooks on meaning, how to live a more fulfilled life with opportunities and values - I keep myself at the forefront both professionally and personally. Identifying unique attributes, skills and being able to stack those in the most beneficial way to follow your own source of happiness and meaning is priceless.

Everything in life has a cause, everything is interconnected, be aware and embrace perspectives and paradoxes to help find equilibrium. I have consistently sought ways of understanding the world and its natural processes. In life look for inspiration - look for fountains not drains, be on a quest for a happy, purposeful, fulfilling life. Cultivate knowledge and wisdom. The happiest people don't climb they dig - I am an advocate of self-awareness, developing rationality, values and your internal compass in life.

We all have a number of futures which are all in completion with one another and no one future is inevitable but they are shapable. You have to choose the one you believe is worth investing in/fighting for. Finding your meaning gives me meaning.
