I am a head of Maths at a secondary school. I have taught for 6 years including 4 years in secondary Maths and 2 years in a middle school teaching Maths from ages 10-14 (year 5 to year 8).

I completely understand that students can find Maths challenging as I found this when studying at school myself. My aim is to encourage students to overcome any barriers they face when studying Maths.
