As a current student this September 2023 at UCL (University College London), majoring in MA Educational Leadership, I will gain a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the field. Moreover, I have been managing as the owner, director, and teacher of one franchise branch of a Mathematics tutoring center, called Sakamoto Method, from October 2018 until August 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia. I also taught football to children for about 2.5 years. Throughout my professional journey in the education sector, I have developed an inherent passion for children's education and leading education professionals. I find it fulfilling to see children’s rapid development of intelligence and character. I also derive satisfaction in creating an environment where professionals are motivated to continuously improve children’s development.
