I think it's best to focus on the students. You can gain an understanding of who I am by those I teach.

The number one factor to teaching is being able to listen and adapting to the needs of your students. Not every student is the same, each student learns differently. So, you as a teacher should create a scalable solution that can adapt around the individual needs of the students.
