I offer personalised yoga lessons tailored to your experience level, confidence, and goals. Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength, or relaxation, I aim to create sessions that feel supportive, approachable, and enjoyable.
I recently completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and I have practised yoga for several years myself. My teaching style is calm and encouraging, and I especially enjoy helping beginners feel more comfortable and confident in their practice while building healthy routines that feel realistic and sustainable.
