Cambridge PhD Tutor Helping You Master English with Confidence

I have a master’s degree from Harvard and am currently a PhD candidate at Cambridge — and I want to help you perfect your English! I’m an experienced English as a foreign language tutor and also teach humanities subjects such as literature, philosophy, religion, and history. I’ve worked with students from ages 6 to 22, and I always tailor lessons to each learner’s needs and goals.

Each lesson is built around a real text: something from a book, an article, or even your own homework, that's chosen for your level and interests. We’ll read, discuss, and explore vocabulary and grammar in context so that you can speak, write, and think with greater confidence and fluency.

My classes are always discussion-based (never lectures!), and I draw on my background in both teaching and counseling to create a supportive, engaging environment. My goal is to help you feel confident, curious, and genuinely enjoy learning.
