I’ve been tutoring English for a few years, and I like to build each lesson around a real text: something from a book, a news article, or even your own homework! The text will always be chosen for you based on your level, your interests, and what’s most useful for you right now.

We’ll read the text together, talk through the ideas in it, and explore the vocabulary and grammar in context. Over time, you’ll find yourself understanding, speaking, and writing about increasingly complex topics as you advance to higher levels.

For other subjects (like writing, history, or more), I use the same approach. My classes are always discussion based--I won't lecture you! My goal is simple: to help you feel confident and genuinely enjoy learning.
