Advert description
I have a Ph.D. in Biology, specializing in biological oceanography. My research was primarily conducted in Antarctica where I discovered a bloom of a new species of phytoplankton. Recently I was honored to have a genus of diatom named after me by researchers at the British Museum. I have taught as a teaching assistant and as a lecturer at The University of California at Santa Cruz and the University of Texas. I also am an MCSE, [Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) concentrating on the interface between laboratories and networks. I worked the last 10 years of my employment at J&J where I integrated computer networks of acquired companies in the San Francisco Bay Area to the J&J networking standards. During my final years at J&J, I was the Regional Technical Consulting and Regulatory Compliance Manager for the Bay Area.
