Biology and science tutor teaching different aspects of the subject

My preferred style of teaching however is a visual and the practical style where I will use practical demonstrations that the student can relate to because they will encounter these in their lives.
As for my style in managing behaviour in the classroom whenever I am managing behaviour in the classroom I always make sure that I said firm boundaries and its locations and firm boundaries from the start, these expectations are really pollutant and I am always focus on thae 3 Rs and:-
1- respect 2- response. 3- right approach of learning.
1- respect based on the fact that I won't my students to respect each other and want to them respect me to build really God relationship through out the year.
2- the response appears when I need my students to ask questions and to get involved in the lessons because this makes sure that they are then concentrating and not likely to be distracted and ultimately miss behave.
3-The right approach which is the final of my 3 Rs is that student understanding the benefit of learning so I always make sure that I motivated them and focus on teaching them have import employees long learning is and have this well impact the lives in the future.
Finally, I will always use a style of teaching that is propriate to the needs of my students and which really helps to minimise misbehaviour in the classroom.
I think my biggest weakness is undoubtly the fact that I find it really hard saying no to people I'm naturally a people pleaser when somebody ask me a help , always say yes without checking that I have the capacity to do that assist.
