KS3 and GCSE English Tutor

I was previously Head of Department at a secondary school and KS3 English lead. I have consistently excellent results; in 2023/24, my Year 11 mixed-ability class achieved 90% at grade 4+ across English Literature and Language, with four students achieving grade 7 in Literature and one securing a grade 9 in Language. My Year 10 high prior attaining group achieved 93% at grade 7 or higher, evidencing the impact of my high expectations, structured teaching, and focus on writing craft and critical thinking.
I have previously marked for AQA, focussing on Language Paper 1 so I am up to date with new specs and current best practice.
