I have a Masters degree in International Development, and a MSc degree in Anthropology and International Development. I have worked in the INGO sector for over 15 years in project management and coordination, and my current role involves managing and supporting a network of volunteers for a charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers.

I am passionate about helping people and have expertise in building positive rapport with a diverse range of people, excellent communication skills and facilitating inclusive discussion around a wide range of topics. I also have an interest in mental health and wellbeing and enjoy helping others to find ways and time for self care.

I am currently studying for a course in Active Listening in a Diverse World and have recently completed an 'Introduction to Mentoring and Coaching course'.
