Not every student needs the same kind of tutoring

The first question is not simply “What does this student struggle with?” but “What kind of support will actually work for them?”

That might mean:

weekly teaching;
more intensive lessons;
written work and feedback;
accountability and check-ins;
or a mixture.

Approach changes according to actual performance rather than forcing every student into the same weekly routine.
