Math teacher teaching students of all ages

I am an experienced tutor with over four years of experience teaching students across a wide range of ages and abilities. I have taught GCSE and A-level students in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics, as well as primary school students in English, Mathematics and Science.

One of my main strengths as a tutor is my adaptability. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor my teaching style, explanations and lesson pace to suit each individual. Whether a student needs concepts broken down step by step, more challenging questions to stretch their understanding, or support with exam technique and confidence, I adapt my lessons accordingly.

I aim to create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students feel able to ask questions and make mistakes without feeling pressured. I focus not only on helping students reach the correct answer, but also on developing their understanding so that they can apply what they have learnt independently.

Alongside tutoring, I have a strong academic background in STEM, having studied Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London. This has given me a strong foundation in Mathematics and the Sciences, as well as experience explaining and applying complex concepts in a clear and logical way.

I am patient, reliable and genuinely enjoy helping students become more confident in subjects they may initially find difficult.
