Experienced GCSE Maths teacher and tutor with a passion to support anxious students access their potential

I am a qualified secondary school teacher with 15 years’ experience in schools, the past five of which were in specialised SEN provision. I professionally tutor maths to students with a range of learning styles and needs, working flexibly to meet those individual needs and achieve the best outcomes. I take pride in my subject knowledge with specific emphasis on building confidence and developing GCSE exam technique through 1:1 bespoke sessions.

In addition to my PGCE, I also qualified in Level 4 Dyslexia. I understand and am empathetic to the challenges many young people can face with maths and I work relentlessly to help them achieve their potential and build positivity with the subject.
