Experienced teacher and tutor for Primary maths and English

I am an expwriences primary teacher and have been teaching Key Stage 2 for 10 years. I received an Outstanding grade for my practice in my first year, due to my creative and innovative teaching methods and the relationships I build with pupils based on mutual respect. In addition, I am an experienced maths and English tutor. I have delivered maths tuition, using both the Singapore methods and formal methods of teaching to both KS1 and KS2 children. I have taught year 3-year 6 so have sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and how knowledge is built upon each year. I understand the trajectory of learning in KS1 and KS2 as well as having the knowledge of SATs expectations. I have tutored many children for SATs preparation and pride myself on being able to break down methods or questions so that they can understand them better. I also have experience of tutoring for the 11+ exams/ entry exams. As a teacher, I can also adapt resources and my teaching style for children with SEN, dyslexia or other SEMH needs.
