I teach using concise and precise knowledge, carefully crafted explanations and teach to mastery. This is the foundation of realising potential. At my core I am a coach, who uses the curriculum to motivate students into doing better. My senior leadership was based on teaching and learning, my work has been recognised by teacher trainers, Ofsted, and executive leaders throughout my teaching career.
