I am a qualified coach with over two decades in education and support. You benefit from this experience and skills by together identifying what is important for you and working together to empower you to make the shifts you need to fulfil your goals and overcome your barriers. I create a safe space for you to explore any challenges, to release you to go forward in a way that feels true to you and your situation. When studying we can experiemce many academic related pressures, however, these are often not standalone challenges, life is often more complex as we navigate relationships, expectations from self and others, shifting demands, neirodivergence, self discoveries and much more. Having me as your coach we can unpick these pieces into manageable approaches so that you can move forward with clarity and efficiency.
