Neurodivergent Friendly High Qaulity, flexible Learning

I have been in the Education Sector for over 25 years, I have developed a rich knowledgebase and a flexible adaptable skill set. I teach Maths to EYFS/KS1/2 with my specialism being on learners who need support to access their stage of learning in Maths. I also support Adult Learners to study Foundation skills Maths Level 1. My Teaching includes sensory breaks if needed and I always strive to hear and listen to my Learners voice. I am able to coach and facilitate learning for those that are not in school , in school or college ,but are not enjoying learning Maths.
I have a ( University of Southampton ) Foundation Degree (working with children) a Bsc (hons ) Open in Early Years with Psychology, I have also gained 120 Masters Credits for the Level 7 Early Years Teacher Status and Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Childhood and Youth Studies.( Open University).
I have been an Online Tutor since 2020, and as a Lifelong Learner,have developed my online teaching with CPD Tutoring Memberships and am also completing my Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. As an adult ADHDer I understand some of the challenges individuals in the lovely neurodiverse communities face; I welcome those with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hperactive Disorder), ASC (Autisim Spectrum Condition ) . I have also had experience supporting individuals with Maths anxiety or disengeged learners who may need confidence building with slow Pedagogy. Neurodivergence is not an illness it is diffferences in how the brain interprets and reacts to their surroundings.
