Tailored tutoring for students ranging from foundation to A-Level

University of Nottingham student, with experience teaching students ranging from foundation to grade 9, for GCSE Maths and Sciences. Achieving A* and A respectively for A-Level Maths and Chemistry in a grammar school, I can also help teach and prepare A-Level students for exams!

Every student has a different preference for how to learn. I adjust my teaching style and layout to allow every student to remain engaged and learn in every lesson. I've taught numerous students privately online, in my community and otherwise, mainly for GCSE Maths and Sciences, but I have taught A-Level Maths and Chemistry. My qualifications include: 9 for GCSE Maths, 8 in GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics, A* in A-Level Maths and A in A-Level Chemistry. I teach across all exam boards, including WJEC, and ensure what I teach is exactly what you need to know using your exam board specification.

It's really important to understand topics, and sometimes ask why something happens, so you remember the content better and you can apply the knowledge to exam questions. I often teach in the way I wish I was taught, answering why and how as I teach, and occasionally including memorable analogies to embed the concept better in students!
