My style of teaching is by being the facilitator. I will try to explain a theory in the simplest way and engage through Q&A session with the student through exercise materials. This way I will be able to interpret the student's own level of understanding and finding ways to help them if they are having any difficulties in understanding the content/topic by having further discussion and assistance on the matter.
