My approach is coaching-led and focused on 1:1 support, where sessions are guided by the individual’s needs and goals. Alongside reflective coaching conversations, I would also provide practical support to help students prepare for the job market. This includes guidance on: 1) CV writing and structuring applications 2) Interview preparation and building confidence 3) Researching roles, industries, and companies 4) Using tools such as AI to help generate ideas and get started I combine this practical guidance with a coaching approach, so students are not just given answers, but are supported in developing their own understanding and confidence. My aim is that each student leaves with greater clarity on their direction, a stronger sense of their strengths, and practical steps they feel confident taking towards their goals.
