I am a CIPD qualified Learning & Development Partner at Guardian News & Media, with previous experience in the advertising and hospitality sectors. I am a strategic leader, focused on building and contributing to high-performing cultures, enabling people to deliver meaningful experiences and operational excellence.

Currently operating at a global level, partnering with the Chief AI Officer to implement and deliver our AI strategy and its framework, designing training and overseeing the rollout in the US, Europe and Australia. I have also developed and managed our Mentorship programme, driving knowledge sharing through mutual mentorship, co-created our Manager Programme to promote talent development and stronger internal career pathways. Also a qualified professional coach, supporting senior individuals and leaders to achieve their career goals and deliver meaningful performances.
