Organise, responsible, didactic, patient, passive perfectionist, creative, empathic and discipline

First, I need to meet the student, know his abilities, strengthens and weaknesses within the language, then work on those weaknesses. Explain the student the structure of a sentence/paragraph in a didactic way so he does not get bored or find it difficult. The student will need to do some homework to develop his skills and improve them. It is my responsibility that the student can fall in love with the language. Moreover, I will bring a list of new words each week so the student can have all the resources with him.
