I am a qualified primary maths specialist teacher with expertise in early number. I am able to create an environment where children feel secure and happy so that they feel confident and capable to drive their own learning. I provide opportunities where children can demonstrate their understanding in a variety of multi-sensory ways and equip pupils with a range of tools to support independent learning. I use proven questioning techniques linked to current practises to test and challenge pupils' thinking in order to deepen their understanding and problem solving skills.
