As a trainee primary school teacher, I am aware of the various needs and levels of support which each student will need to succeed. I am able to recognise these needs and cater my lesson to ensure that each pupil has the opportunity to meet their own personal learning goals. My lessons will be largely informal, with a focus on improving fluency when conversing in English, as opposed to focusing solely on grammar.
