A final year BSc Natural Sciences (Biomedicine) student offering Biology tutoring

With 3 years of tutoring and academic mentoring experience, I have loved teaching both individuals and groups to navigate school learning. I have worked with children and young adults from years 7 to 13, and would love to help as many as possible reach their greatest potential.
In my experience as a student, the fastest way to learn is to teach. My students have taught me that to create a safe learning environment, my lessons have to be flexible and creative to best respond to your needs and skills.
I often work with pupils struggling with ADHD and dyslexia - students who might need a different approach or perspective before they can access a topic. Something I love to do is encourage my pupils to teach me content to show where a misunderstanding is, and build confidence in their own abilities in the classroom. I hope we can work together to find what kind of teaching suits you best, supporting you as you develop the tools that allow you to manage your own learning.
