Experienced Native IELTS teacher providing student-centered classes suitable for all levels

I have a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, and a level 5 TEFL certificate. I am a native teacher from the UK, and I have 4 years teaching experience. I have taught in the UK, abroad and online. I currently teach adults in a community setting English for speakers of other languages, and English for Employment. I am an experienced IELTS tutor, and have sucsessfully prepared many students to achieve high scores in their exams. I have a compassionate approach to teaching, and believe in an individual approach for all of my students to suit theor learning styles. I strive to make lessons fun and engaging, and encourage students to be confident and in control of their own learning journey. I have taught in a variety of settings; schools, language centres, nline and community settings, where I approach each lesson differently to ensure the optimum learning experience. I encourage students to lead sessions and shape what we learn t ensure we are learning what will be most beneficial t them. I create activities where we are practicing multiple skills at once. I ensure that regular and constructive feedback and corrections are given and regularly encourage students to celebrate their successes and plan for challenges.
