English tutor that can teach from ages 3- 16 also can teach verbal/non verbal/ English 11+ prep

I am a young English tutor who aims to focus on all areas in which a student may be struggling however not neglecting areas they may be doing well in. I strive to provide a comfortable but focused environment when I teach to make sure any child taught by me can learn, understand and receive the extra attention and help they may need to boost them into exceeding expectations in their studies
I do this through
• providing easy to understand worksheets (an opening activity to help them focus and begin the lesson and a closing activity to wrap up and ensure they understood the objectives of the lesson this also helps tie any loose ends from previous lessons).
• Setting homework for every lesson which includes reading/writing practice or anything in particular I may have seen as a weak point for a child.
• Keeping parents in the loop- I make sure to let parents know the progress that I am seeing but also encourage them to work with their kids when they have time as any extra help would really contribute to their learning and success over time.
• Before starting official lessons I provide tests for the level the child should be working at. These tests would cover every aspect of English as a subject and depending on the scores I’ll have a rough idea on where to place my primary focus of teaching initially.
• Communicating with the children. Asking a child where they think they may be struggling as well as the parents also gives me an idea of where would be suitable to give extra attention to in terms of teaching.
