Biology teacher can teach students of all ages

As I have been working as a teacher since 2007 Iam very much sure about the interests and needs of the students. My teaching method always gives importance to the activity method of learning where students have the lead role and the teacher functions to facilitate them.Then only the classroom will be more interactive. In this world of technology I must make use of the techniques to make the students to attracted to my classroom .By practising all these I make teaching learning process much more easier.
