I started my career in Yoga as a student just to make my lifestyle more better. After a month, it changed my life in such a positive way that I applied for the teacher training course within a month.
I successfully completed my course certified by Yoga Alliance RYS200.
It's been a year I am taking yoga sessions with the mindset to improve people's mental and physical health.
Certification in Ashtanga Yoga and now working as a free-lancer yoga instructor. Suitable for this role as I have confidence and patience and positive attitude towards clients. Also, I have 2 years of experience in Yoga teaching.

About the Lesson
I start with 5 minutes meditation 40 minutes yoga 10 minutes pranayam and concluding it again with 5 minutes of meditation.
Basically, session covers more of Ashtanga Yoga and also some Hatha yoga and power yoga asanas.
Currently,I am taking 5 sessions per week out of which 1 session is Suryanamaskar and Yoga Nidra.
