I have a bachelor's degree in Biological and Chemical Sciences and Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology. I have worked in industry as Microbiology analyst and I am employed at University of Birmingham as Research Technician in genomic laboratory.

I believe in a holistic approach to teaching and helping students to bridge the gap between industry and academia by promoting application-based learning so that students not only learn theory-based science but also its application in the real world. I feel I can strongly make a difference in people's understanding and concept clarity.
