I work with students who are capable, but not currently performing at the level they know they can. Most of the people I support aren’t struggling because they lack ability. They’re dealing with overload, lack of clarity, inconsistent focus, or the pressure that comes with trying to keep everything together at once. That’s where I come in. I’ve spent over 30 years working across higher education, business, and leadership development. I hold a PhD and multiple postgraduate and professional qualifications. I’ve led degree programmes, taught and supervised students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and worked within business-critical environments across industry. I understand how these systems actually operate, not just how they’re supposed to work. My approach is direct, structured, and grounded. I work with people who are ready to engage properly, think clearly, and take themselves seriously. We focus on getting clear on what’s going on, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to change in a way you can actually follow through on.
