My sessions are structured, focused, and built around what is actually going on for you, not a generic template.
We start by getting clear on where you are now, what you’re working on, and where things are getting stuck. That might be academic work, focus, organisation, decision-making, or managing the pressure that comes with deadlines and expectations. From there, we break things down into something workable and realistic, rather than adding more on top.
I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all format. Some sessions are practical and task-focused, working through assignments, structuring ideas, or improving clarity in your work. Others are more about thinking, helping you make sense of what’s going on, identify what’s getting in the way, and work out how to move forward in a way you can sustain.
My background is in higher education, leadership, and professional development. I’ve taught and supervised students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, led degree programmes, and worked in business-critical environments across industry. That means I understand both the academic side and the real-world pressures that sit alongside it.
This is a direct, focused working space. The aim is not just to get through the next task, but to help you think clearly, make better decisions, and handle your work in a way that holds up under pressure.
