I’m a friendly, patient and encouraging musician who loves helping people build confidence and enjoy music.

I have experience in singing, piano, music theory, sight-reading and performance, supported by my BMus (Hons) in Performance from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. My main specialism is singing, and I enjoy teaching a range of styles including classical, musical theatre and pop. I also have experience leading singing and performing arts workshops for children aged 6–14. I teach in a patient, encouraging and adaptable way, tailoring lessons to each student’s ability, goals, interests and confidence level. I believe lessons should be fun and engaging as well as educational, and I want students to feel comfortable experimenting, asking questions and making mistakes. I combine practical vocal or instrumental exercises with clear explanations of musical concepts, helping students develop their technique, musicianship and confidence at their own pace. Whether a student is a complete beginner or looking to develop existing skills, I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and rewarding.
