I'm a calm and collective individual who tends to articulate their ideas, teaching and expressions. I'm currently employed by BT in the area cyber security. Within my role, I help onboard new recruits, helping them out with daily tasks, etc. So my lessons

I have a MSc and BSc and I'm currently employed by BT. During uni I used to help out classmates, by guiding them with assessments and teach them topics. The same can be said with my current job, I help onboard recruits. My way teaching is as follows: Ask how the individual is doing, ask what they need help with, provide a clear direction to achieving a goal, constantly engage with asking specific questions on the topic and reassure them that they're doing well.
